Ginger Garlic Stir-Fry Vegetables

Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon Sahiba Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 2 tablespoons Sahiba Olive Oil
  • 1 red bell pepper (sliced)
  • 1 zucchini (sliced)
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1/2 cup snap peas
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon sesame seeds (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Heat Sahiba Olive Oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add Sahiba Ginger Garlic Paste and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Add the red bell pepper, zucchini, broccoli, and snap peas. Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.
  4. In a small bowl, mix the soy sauce and honey. Pour the mixture over the vegetables and stir to coat.
  5. Season with salt and pepper, and cook for an additional 2 minutes to let the flavors meld together.
  6. Garnish with sesame seeds (if desired) and serve with steamed rice or noodles for a healthy, delicious meal.
