Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon Sahiba Ginger Garlic Paste
- 2 tablespoons Sahiba Olive Oil
- 1 red bell pepper (sliced)
- 1 zucchini (sliced)
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1/2 cup snap peas
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/2 teaspoon sesame seeds (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Heat Sahiba Olive Oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add Sahiba Ginger Garlic Paste and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add the red bell pepper, zucchini, broccoli, and snap peas. Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.
- In a small bowl, mix the soy sauce and honey. Pour the mixture over the vegetables and stir to coat.
- Season with salt and pepper, and cook for an additional 2 minutes to let the flavors meld together.
- Garnish with sesame seeds (if desired) and serve with steamed rice or noodles for a healthy, delicious meal.
