Pani Puri

Ingredients:

  • 1 packet of Pani Puri shells
  • 1/2 cup Sahiba Pani Puri Masala Paste
  • 1 cup chilled water
  • 1 medium potato (boiled and mashed)
  • 1/2 cup cooked chickpeas
  • 1/4 cup chopped onions
  • Fresh coriander leaves (chopped)
  • Tamarind chutney (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Mix Sahiba Pani Puri Masala Paste with chilled water to create the flavorful pani (water). Adjust the water quantity to your taste preference.
  2. Fill each Pani Puri shell with mashed potato, cooked chickpeas, and a small amount of chopped onions.
  3. Gently dip the filled Pani Puri shells into the pani and let them absorb the flavors.
  4. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve immediately with tamarind chutney for added sweetness.
