Peri Peri Grilled Chicken

Ingredients:

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons Sahiba Peri Peri Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (Sahiba Olive Oil)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix Sahiba Peri Peri Sauce, Sahiba Olive Oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper to create a marinade.
  3. Coat the chicken breasts with the marinade and let them sit for 15-20 minutes.
  4. Grill the chicken breasts for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked (internal temperature should reach 165°F or 75°C).
  5. Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with a side of grilled vegetables or a salad for a complete meal.
