- 2 tablespoons Sahiba Peri Peri Sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (Sahiba Olive Oil)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions:
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix Sahiba Peri Peri Sauce, Sahiba Olive Oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper to create a marinade.
- Coat the chicken breasts with the marinade and let them sit for 15-20 minutes.
- Grill the chicken breasts for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked (internal temperature should reach 165°F or 75°C).
- Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with a side of grilled vegetables or a salad for a complete meal.
