Olive Oil Roasted Potatoes

Ingredients:

  • 6 medium potatoes (cubed)
  • 2 tablespoons Sahiba Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon dried rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, toss the cubed potatoes with Sahiba Olive Oil, rosemary, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread the potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  4. Roast for 25-30 minutes, flipping the potatoes halfway through, until golden brown and crispy on the outside.
  5. Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
  6. These roasted potatoes make the perfect side dish to complement any main course.
